Services. Darien's Tree Cutting provides Tree Cutting, Tree Removal, Tree Pruning, Shrub Trimming, Hedge Trimming, Storm Damage Cleanup, Land Clearing and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Darien's Tree Cutting (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Darien's Tree Cutting may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Darien's Tree Cutting makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darien's Tree Cutting's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Darien's Tree Cutting in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Darien's Tree Cutting harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
